  1. Hey Stephen, thanks for the link! If I understand correctly, patient 1 still developed recurrence after 2,5 years...nonetheless still promising outcome - being stable for 2 years after TMZ failed for the first time. I wonder if outcome would be better combining CBD with THC.
Also I really don't understand why more (official) research isn't being done on THC&CBD, given it is widely available plant. For example if you check SNO 2018 abstracts, there is only 1 mentioning CBD and THC usage (https://academic.oup.com/neuro-oncology/article-abstract/20/suppl_6/vi214/5153624?redirectedFrom=fulltext)

  2. Apparently they were also using THC, for at least part of the time. In the introduction it states "It is important to mention that, in order to alleviate the symptoms of chemotherapy, both patients used vaporisers to inhale THC-rich cannabis flowers during their first year of treatment."

Clinical research with plant-based medicine is extremely rare. In light of that I think it's promising that we have at least one properly conducted formal trial (albeit small) with cannabinoids reporting results, and more on the way.
