CLA administration significantly reduces angiogenesis in the cerebellum.

CLA is found in cheese and dairy products especially grass fed produce. Link for study with rats and CLA.

  1. Thank you Linda. I'm off to the grocery store today for dad. Was wondering what dietary changes to make beyond cutting sugar. He's losing weight rapidly so this is what I'll cook.

  6. We avoid dairy because of wanting to stay heart healthy, but have milk in cereal and a little Parmesan cheese atop some foods and a little mozzarella once in awhile in an omelet. I would like to know if there is another way to get CLA other than eating a lot of cheese which isn't heart healthy.
