Wondering if anyone who has taken lomustine or CCNU experienced hair loss or low-grade alopecia as a result. If so, could you share the experience, how much loss, how long did it take for hair to grow back, etc.
I know a young man who took CCNU and Temodal (4 cycles) and did not not loose his hairs; in opposite, they beautifully mostly recovered after initial chemotherapy, radiation and Temodal. Only the color has changed to deep black - the natural colour was much lighter. He did not loose hairs even after next rounds of chemo (different). Unfortunately, hairs did not fully recovered around surgery and radiotherapy field.
