Anybody knows about onk201 tablets?

Oncologist recommended to me onk201 tablets. Anybody know what is it?

  2. ONC201 is a dual kinase inhibitor of Akt and ERK.

    In a mouse GBM study, ONC201 on its own wasn't very effective, but was effective combined with an experimental drug that inhibits Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl (both are anti-apoptotic, or cell survival proteins).
