Vaping Cannabis?

There is evidence that THC and CBD help with the treatment glioblastoma and other forms of brain cancer.

Usually it is administered in the form of oil: Rick Simson Oil or the product Sativex, that contain both cannabinoids. However, up to now I only managed to find CBD oil, and some high THC cannabis bud.

My question...

How should I best administer them? Does vaping the bud work just as well? (alongside the CBD oil).

Thanks.

  1. Research www.optune.com
My husband used it at no cost to us, perhaps because he was 68 when diagnosed. The company feels so much promise with this technology that they were willing to absorb the cost. All we had to do was appeal Medicare denials to our Senators and Congressman. I do not know what the cost would be for someone younger.
After chemo, radiation, and another round of chemo, we used the CBD oils, all supplements and tried vaping, which he didn't like. It was difficult to get the right dose. I purchased the vaporizer from Amazon.
Blessings to you and your husband as you fight this monster.

  2. Unfortunately Optune hasn't penetrated to many countries yet, so for many of us outside select countries such as USA, Switzerland, Japan, Israel, some European Union countries - it is as yet unavailable.

  3. I've not researched your question on vaping in depth, but in general inhalation into the lungs leads to short, quick spikes in drug levels in the body. Ingesting and absorption through the gastrointestinal tract leads to lower, but more prolonged levels of drug in the body. I'm not sure how this translates in terms of efficacy, but it could be a reasonable way to supplement your high CBD oil product.
