About brand of supplements

Hi all,

In china, most available foreign brand is GNC and Puritan's Pride, are they ok? Any comments are appreciated. Key supplements are:
  1. Melatonin
  2. Vitamin D3
  3. Garlic
  4. Zinc
  5. Curcumin
  6. Maitake-D
  7. PSK
  8. Selenium
  9. EGCG

    PSP is similar to PSK and it was developed in China in 1983, so I would guess you'd be able to find a Chinese source for PSP?
