Cocktail Schedule

Stephen and all -

Please help me schedule this cocktail (morning, afternoon, night) for beneficial synergy between different drugs and better tolerability. My mom goes to radiation everyday at 2 pm. She currently takes Temodar every night with empty stomach at 10 pm. What are your recommendations for when different medicines should be taken to maximize their collective efficacy while you are on radiation?

Temodar (110 mg every day - 7 days a week)
Chloroquine (250 mg)
Disulfiram (250 mg)
Celebrex (200 mg)
Depakote (1000 mg)
Melatonin  (10 mg)
Minocycline (200 mg)
Prozac (20 mg)
THC/CBD  (100mg / 200 mg)

  1. I am sure others have more scientific answers but here is my schedule for some of your cocktail drugs:
Chloroquine - 1 hour before TMZ
Celebrex - morning during breakfast and evening at dinner
Melatonin - 1 hour before TMZ

  2. I think on a previous post it was suggested to take Disulfiram 5-8 hours before Temodar.
Did your Oncologist suggest taking TMZ at night? During the radiation cycle my wife was instructed to take the Temodar 1½ hours before radiation began.
The melatonin would be taken before bedtime.

  3. That's a good point. Should Temodar and Radiation be concurrent in their actions?

    1. Taking Temodar (TMZ) prior to radiation increases the amount of TMZ in your blood during radiation. Given the studies indicating TMZ and radiation work better together, the idea is to receive the radiation with the highest amount of TMZ in your system.

  4. My wife also took temodar 1.5-2 hours before radiation, which meant taking it in the morning.

With the 5/28 cycles, however, she has switched to taking it at night.
