  1. I found this to be a very informative talk. Thanks for posting Stephen.

One particularly useful point that I took from this is that it seems everyone is different when it comes to finding out the correct dosage of CBD and THC. It seems that the there is no correlation between weight and dosage, however they have noticed patterns with age and dosage in terms of success with cannabis treatment. It was interesting to see that they have found that people at my Mums age (67) tend to find a higher ratio of CBD to THC works best for them (which matches what my Mum is taking), where as much younger people have more success with a higher ratio of THC : CBD.

It was also noted that much younger people are able to tolerate a much higher dose of CBD and THC in general for treating cancer.

They noted that CBD down regulates the expression of ID-1.

I have a copy of the pdf with the slides used in this talk which I would really like to share with the group - perhaps in the Brain Tumor Library, Stephen?

    1. Thanks so much Alison. I'm listening to the talk right now, and just uploaded the PDF of the slides into the Brain Tumor Library, folder 1 -> Cannabinoids subfolder.
