Looking for help with our cocktail

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this blog and would love to get some advice. My dad was diagnosed in December 2015 with a glioblastoma. Unfortunately it's inoperable because of it's location (corpus callosum). I've just read Ben William's book and I think it's very sensible to try the cocktail approach. He finished radiation plus Temodal and is now in his 5th cycle of Temodal. After the 6th cycle he'll be switched to metronomic Temodal. He also takes:
- dexamethadone 4mg/day
- D-L-methadone 1,75ml/2x day
- Heparine injections because of a thrombosis
- Keppra 500mg/2x day
He is also using Optune TTF. But there's more that we want to do. I'm very interested in DCA but worried if it might interact with the methadone. From what I've read online, he should start on a low dose and without caffeine as brain tumor patients can't seem to tolerate a higher dose. Do you think that we should give it a try? I think it's pretty hard to get...
Additionally we're considering the following:
- PSK
- Melatonin plus Aloe Vera (again I'm worried because of the methadone as it makes him really tired)
- Fish oil (Omega 3)
-CoQ10
It would be so helpful for us if you could give u your advice!

Brain stem glioma cocktail

Hi, All!
My 6 years daughter has diagnosed brain stem glioma. Operation and biopsy are not possible.
Standard radiotherapy + temozolamide did not help. In the near future there will be another chemotherapy course: avastin + irinotekanum.
I have read almost everything on the site and have a mess in my head. Could anyone recommend a cocktail for my case?
The main questions:
1. Most of drugs are not permitted for children "officially". What drugs are really should not be used by children?
2. Dosing for 6 years child.

Temozolomide (Temodal) dose

Hi, everybody!
may i ask about first cycle of temodal after radiation? ( firstly diagnosted).
One NO said to start on 26 day after finish radiotherapy with 480 mg per day ( 190 cm, 110 kg), another NO said to start temodal on 30-35 day after radiation with daily dose 360 mg. Can someone share your thoughts on this?

Dosage for Cannabis spray/oils

I continue to get different feedback on the dosage for cbd-thc (1-1 ratio) spray or oil. I am currently giving my husband 3 sprays per dose, 5 doses a day. Greg has been taking about 180mg per day since June 1, 2015. This dose was recommended by Dr. Allan Frankel, a former UCLA internist and now a medical marijuana doc in Santa Monica, California (http://www.greenbridgemed.com/).  Other sites recommend as much as 700-1000mg of combined cbd and thc. That amount, 700-1000mg seems like a lot and it costs about $1,100 per month vs, $200 a month which is the amount we spend now.  I know that money shouldn't be a factor but before we invest in this level of spending I want to make sure it is the right thing to do. Any thoughts?
