GBM unmethylated parietal lobe.  25x 29mm
75% Resection: April 15th, 2015
RT/CT:  May 28th  to July 9th
Progression to 13mm: June 4th
Progression to 23mm: July 27th

RT/CT Cocktail was ramped up over 6 weeks.  Last 3 drus were only dosed for a couple weeks.

Metformin
Sertaline

Supplements:
CBD

Fish Oil
Milk Thistle

Green Tea
Curcumin

Maitake Mushroom
Reisgh Spores

Environmental:
Low Carb, No sugar, No starch, No milled products
Walk pushing 65lb sled 45 minutes a day



Chemo Cocktail

Temodar    7 on, 7 off, 7 on, 7 off;  140mg
Macitentan 7 on, 7 off, 7 on, 7 off;  30 to 60mg
Disulfiram
Keppra
Chloroquine Phosphate
Celebrex
Sildenafil
Minocyclene

Prozac
Cimetidine

  1. So it looks like I progressed through radiation :( My NO said that the enhancement is thin which he thinks is a sign it might be a false-progression. I guess we will see in a month. The news has made me more aggressive on the Chemo cocktail. I doubled my planned consumption of macitentan and Temodar. One scary day of taking 30mg of macitentan for the first time. So far so good. The stuff sure makes breathing easier on my walk!

  2. Been there, Sethman, in that scary space. Chance had two concerning MRI's before he got "no tumor progression". I affirm that your NO is correct!
