Here's a new human study with Longvida curcumin (400 mg daily of the formula amounting to ~ 80 mg curcumin content) showing improvements in mood and memory. I've already uploaded to the Library (Quality of Life folder).
Abstract
This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, which was nominated for a University Research of the Year award.
So Stephen, the dose of 2500mg that almost are using is to high compared with 400mg. Anyway I think we are targeting glioma cells, that is the purpose in this case of the higher doses I guess.
ReplyDeleteCorrect, we are targeting glioma cells, as well as immune cells, and the higher doses are suggested to get enough curcumin into the brain, as in Alzheimers disease.

I'm taking 1000mg per day. Do you think that is too little for a low grade maintanence dose? I hate to spend that every month got not.
