I saw on another site that people buy Disulfiram in this pharmacy supposedly without prescription. I don't know if it is a good pharmacy or not.

The company is based in Canada, yet "shipping to Canada is NOT available". This appeared for me here in Canada, as my Shipping Country was automatically set to Canada. The "fulfillment pharmacy" is in Chennai India.

There is no mention of "prescription" anywhere on the website that I can see. So I guess they can't ship to Canada to avoid the laws here, but can ship from India to other countries.
In Poland this drug in not available at all not even on prescription, only as a patch and nobody wants to prescribe it. So for people who can't get it it might be a decent option to consider even taking into account that it was produced in India.
