scL-TMZ or scL-P53. Anyone using or know anything about this?

Hi -
Been reading about scL-P53 on PubMed and it appears to be more effective than TMZ.  Asked our NO about it and was told all TMZ is the same.  Does anyone have any experience with the scL-TMZ? I can't find out if it's available or just in trials.  Here are the links:

Thanks.

  1. As far as I can tell scL-TMZ is not even available in clinical trials, but is still in the preclinical stage of development.

On the other hand, scL-p53 seems to be the same thing as SGT-53, which has been in a phase 1 study for advanced solid tumors, and is currently in a phase 2 trial for recurrent glioblastoma.
